Aidan a Gaelic name, a diminutive of Aodh and usually translated into English as "little fiery one"~

A shrill scream echoes across the frosted moors from atop a bordering hillside, breaking the silence of the early morning hush.

Aidan’s head wrenches up, nostrils flared as he takes in the sent of the foreigner threatening to claim his herd.

Issuing a challenging cry Aidan races across the frosted grass, steam billowing from his flared nostrils, screaming his warning to the challenger as he races to meet his foe.

Aidan is a large traditional British-type pony posed in a full gallop, nostrils flared and mouth open in mid-call. He is being offered in a limited edition, one mould run of approximately 50 castings with up to 10 reserved by the artist.

Aidan is to be hollow cast and wire-reinforced by Mountain View Studios and will Be shipped with two bases; one decorative including textured grass, rocks, and a log, and one plain. He will also be shipped with the supporting acrylic rod. He is approx. 11" at longest points and 7.5" at highest point
